Antibody de novo protein sequencing
De novo sequencing service allows rescue and recovery of the antibody’s light and heavy chains from available protein samples. If the hybridoma cell line is lost or if you lose the recombinant DNA plasmids encoding for your light and heavy chain full-length recombinant antibody sequences, we offer a de antibody protein sequencing services as a solution. Our protein sequencing combines gel or protein separation, protease digestions, mass spectrometry peptide sequencing and overlapping peptides assembly analyses.
